Caramelized almonds

This is the starting point ! We started making candied almonds for our and friends and here we are, the amandinerie.

Our caramelized almonds are simply delicious almonds coated with caramel. They have plenty different names in french (amandes grillées, amandes caramélisées, chouchous...), however... the most important is that it's SO DAMN GOOD... and moreover vegan.
